This training is based on the following convic-tions: 1) Retreats and spiritual direction aim at helping the retreatant or directee to grow in a personal relationship with God, to accompany them in their faith-journey. 2) Therefore, the central factor in the retreat covenant is the relation of both the director and the directee to God. 3) Appropriate supporting material (scriptural passages, other texts, pictures…) and... Requirements: To have made the Directed Retreat at least once (Strictly necessary). Letter of approval/recommendation from the superior or parish priest Capacity and readiness to share at personal level with members of the group.
