HELB says pre-university, certificate, diploma and postgraduate students are not eligible for this undergraduate loan. Required application details include contact information, KCPE/KCSE index details, photo, National ID or Maisha Card, bank or M-Pesa details, parent details, guarantor details, and supporting documents where applicable.
