Holders of degree of Master of Education with Music of Kenyatta University or any other institution of higher learning and two (2) years experience in Teaching or Research. Candidates for the Ph. D. in Music Education will select a problem with the approval of their supervisors, the department and the School of Creative and Performing Arts, Film And Media Studies for investigation. Upon approval of their research proposal, they shall embark on data collecting, analysis and synthesis, culminating in a thesis.
